What is Included?

  • Emerald’s Deluxe Lawn Care Program, per attached “What’s in an Emerald Program”


  • All regular mowing trimming edging and general cleanup.


  • Ongoing garden maintenance including chemical and mechanical weeding of gardens, and seasonal pruning of all ornamental plants. (Note: Does not include plant replacement or re-mulching, these services can be provided at additional charges).


  • Progressive  chemical treatment for weeds to hard surfaces.


  • All paths, hard surfaces to be cleared of landscape litter debris.


How Does it Happen?

Emeralds Complete Lawn Care program will be provided by two “specialist” Emerald field staff, with your Treatment Manager providing all fertilisation, weed and insect control and your Landscape Maintenance Team carrying out all regular mowing and garden maintenance.

 

Your annual schedule of garden maintenance will include 26 scheduled visits. Four (4) Emerald Maxi Lawn Care treatments and 22 mowing/gardening visits on a 2 weekly schedule from October to May and then 3 weekly from June to September.

 

We also include any additional service calls required to provide the maximum results of our Emerald Maxi Lawn Care program at no additional cost.
